Cardio & Musculo Practicals
The artifacts I chose to demonstrate critical thinking skills to implement and modify treatment within a plan of care under the direction and supervision of the physical therapist is my notes and grade sheet for my cardio and musculo practicals. I was given different patients with different diagnosis and plan of care plans. This shows my abilities as I am able to create, implement and modify a treatment plan based off of patient plan of care given by the supervision PT.
